How to Bid on Projects

Thank you for your interest in working with us! We issue invitations to bid, requests for proposals and requests for qualifications throughout the year. Typically, we seek expert services in two broad areas.

  • Construction and Maintenance, to assist with our owned properties
  • Professional Services across our administrative, property management and program service areas

MRSC Rosters

HASCO owns more than 35 properties with more than 2,400 housing units throughout Snohomish County. We enter into contracts for a variety of projects and ongoing work. We work with small local businesses as well as larger firms.

If you want your organization to be considered for HASCO projects, please register on the Municipal Research Service (MRSC) Rosters. HASCO consults different MRSC rosters, depending on the work needed.

POSTED CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Construction projects that are currently out to bid are listed on the Builders Exchange of Washington.  Access to project bid documents is provided to general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and any other interested parties by going to bxwa.com and clicking on "Posted Projects," -> "Public Works", -> "Housing Authority of Snohomish County" or click here.

This online plan room provides bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to download, view, print and order full or partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources as well as a free online digitizer.

It is recommended that interest parties register in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the "Self-Registered Bidders List." Interested parties that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the online plan room for addenda issued on this project.

Contact Builders Exchange of Washington at 425-258-1303 or email them at production@bxwa.com should you require assistance with access or registration.
