HASCO Releases the Sound Families Project-Based Voucher Program Evaluation Report

In 2011, after 10 years of the Sound Families Initiative partnership,HASCO partnered with Building Changes to complete the Project-Based Voucher Program Evaluation (August 2012), which was released to partners in December 2013. The Program represents all of HASCO’s service-enriched project-based voucher units for homeless families in Snohomish County. The evaluation has given HASCO better insight into the challenges of serving a high needs population with a moderate need service model. HASCO thanks Building Changes for conducting the evaluation and looks forward to incorporating the results into the community’s larger discussion about how we can best serve each unique segment of our homeless population.
